Fiori Faber designs bespoke rings with customers over video calls and has them made by a specialist casting partner. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and how we look after it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number when you book a design call or contact us.
- Your answers to the booking questions (occasion, metal, budget and notes) and any photos or sketches you send us.
- Details of your design: renders, measurements, ring size, metal and stone choices.
- Your delivery address when you order.
- Payment confirmations. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
- Basic website usage, such as pages visited and device type, if analytics are switched on.
Why we collect it
To hold your design call, prepare your renders and quote, have your ring made and delivered, answer your questions, provide after-sales care, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We only send marketing emails if you ask to receive them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us do the work, and only what each one needs:
- our booking and video-call providers, for scheduling and running your design call;
- our email and payment providers;
- our casting and setting partner, who receives your design files, ring size and metal choice (not your contact or payment details);
- our courier, who receives your name, address and phone number for insured delivery.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security practices. We never sell your information.
Design calls
We don’t record design calls unless we ask first and you agree. Your ring’s design is private to you. We’ll only show it publicly, for example on our website or social media, with your permission.
Keeping it safe, and for how long
We protect your information with reasonable security measures. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires and design files for as long as they’re useful for resizing, repairs or remaking your ring, unless you ask us to delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or raise a privacy concern by emailing [email protected]. We’ll reply within 30 days.
